Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Six-Sigma Green Belt or training preferred.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MRP/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement inspection and testing protocols to ensure compliance with internal specs and customer requirements.
• Review PFMEAs and Control Plans for new and existing products; identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Audit production work instructions and verify against as-built configurations.
