Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in quality functions within automotive supplier industry preferred
• Knowledge of FMEA, PQCT, capability studies and GD&T

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze and resolve production quality problems and lead cross-functional continuous improvement activities
• Act as liaison between internal and external groups on quality issues
• Establish and track quality standards to ensure consistency in production
• Prepare PQCTs using FMEA and GPAC-V
• Participate in process audits to address issues
• Document and communicate problem tracking and monthly performance reports
• Analyze monthly data to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate packaging trials to meet quality standards
• Train and mentor new engineers
• Address other responsibilities as needed
