Job summary

TEI Construction Services Inc. seeks a seasoned Quality Director to lead the quality organization across nationwide power generation and industrial construction projects.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee quality programs, and build field quality teams to ensure excellence on outages, maintenance, and construction initiatives. You will manage ASME, NBIC, and customer requirements, mentor Quality Managers, and coordinate with inspectors, welding teams, and project leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality, welding inspection, and quality control experience in power generation or industrial construction.
• Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section I, NBIC, and related codes.
• Experience leading quality teams across multiple project sites.
• Willingness to travel to project and supplier locations as needed.

For more than 20 years, TEi Construction Services (TEiC) has delivered outage, maintenance, and construction services to power generation and industrial facilities across the country. Our reputation is built on safety, technical expertise, and consistently delivering successful projects for some of the industry’s most respected customers.

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead our quality organization, drive continuous improvement, and ensure excellence across multiple project sites nationwide. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing quality programs, developing field quality teams, and ensuring compliance with ASME, NBIC, and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do
