Job summary

TEi Construction Services is seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead the quality organization and drive continuous improvement across nationwide projects. The role oversees quality programs, builds field teams, and ensures compliance with ASME, NBIC, and customer requirements.

This senior leadership position requires 10+ years in quality/inspection within power generation or industrial construction, with current CWI certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality, welding inspection, and quality control experience in power generation or industrial construction.
• Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section I, NBIC, and related codes.
• Experience with boilers, HRSGs, pressure parts, and outage/construction projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple project sites.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead our quality organization, drive continuous improvement, and ensure excellence across multiple project sites nationwide. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing quality programs, developing field quality teams, and ensuring compliance with ASME, NBIC, and customer requirements.
