Job summary

TEi Construction Services (TEiC) seeks an experienced Quality Director to lead the quality organization and drive continuous improvement across nationwide outage, maintenance, and construction projects. You will oversee ASME, NBIC, and customer quality programs and build field teams for multiple sites.

Responsibilities include steering audits, corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and customer specs. Travel to project sites and supplier locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality, welding inspection, and quality control experience in power generation or industrial construction.
• Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section I, NBIC, and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Construction Site Quality Managers across active projects.
• Oversee corporate ASME, NBIC, and AISC quality programs.
• Drive quality performance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry codes.
• Support welding, NDE, inspection, and quality documentation activities.
• Build and develop high-performing quality teams across the organization.
