Responsibilities

• Analyze and label proprietary risk assessment data while adhering to established standards
• Conduct daily quality control (QC) reviews and support process improvements
• Investigate and report quality issues, assisting in root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance
• Complete QC Analyst basic certification training and testing, making independent risk determinations post-certification

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and computer-based analysis
