Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in roofing, seeks a full-time Quality Control Coordinator to support sales reps in the Steel Valley, PA area. The role focuses on daily production oversight, safety, quality of installations, and customer communications.

The QA Rep will handle paperwork and timesheets, enforce CentiMark policies, and lead a team to install quality roofs safely and efficiently under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must show positive work history and ability to work within a team.
• Minimum experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus. Previous Roofing and sales experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license (in good standing).
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of roofing projects and monitor safety and quality of installations.
• Provide daily customer communication and report to field supervisor, customer and management.
• Handle paperwork and timesheets and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Lead the team to install a quality CentiMark roof on schedule and safely.
