Job summary

All on the Field (AOTF) is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to review canvass data, flag quality concerns, and help ensure data integrity across states. The role involves daily blinded data review and formal reporting to leadership.

The position is remote in the United States with morning weekday hours, a temporary term through November 3, 2026, and compensation at $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with large spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel
• Detail-oriented and able to stay focused on repetitive data review
• Clear, concise written communicator
• Campaign, field, or data-entry experience a plus
• Access to a computer and reliable internet

All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring a Quality Control Coordinator to review canvass data and flag quality concerns for follow-up.

The Coordinator reviews a blinded canvass dataset throughout the day, documents findings using AOTF screening guide and review forms, and reports them to the Director of Field Operations at the end of each day.

• Review a blinded canvass dataset throughout the day for quality and data-integrity concerns
• Write up findings, including trends and canvassers who may need QC follow-up
• Report findings to national field operations leadership at the end of each day
• Escalate suspected fraud to the Director of Field Operations immediately
• Other duties as the program requires

Compensation & Details

• Pay: 22 per hour
• Remote position; candidates based in Georgia or North Carolina preferred
• Schedule: Weekday mornings start; hours set by program needs
• Term: Temporary position running through November 3, 2026
• Applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis
