Job summary

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring a Quality Control Coordinator to review canvass data and flag quality concerns. The role is remote with a focus on data integrity and timely reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities include daily review of blinded canvass data, documenting trends, and escalating any suspected fraud. This temporary position runs through November 3, 2026, with compensation at $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to stay focused on repetitive data review.
• Comfortable working with large spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Clear, concise written communicator.
• Campaign, field, or data-entry experience a plus.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet.

All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring a Quality Control Coordinator to review canvass data and flag quality concerns for follow-up.

The Coordinator reviews a blinded canvass dataset throughout the day, documents findings using AOTF screening guide and review forms, and reports them to the Director of Field Operations at the end of each day.

• Write up findings, including trends and canvassers who may need QC follow-up
• Report findings to national field operations leadership at the end of each day
• Escalate suspected fraud to the Director of Field Operations immediately

Compensation & Details

• Pay: 22 per hour
• Remote position; candidates based in Georgia or North Carolina preferred
• Schedule: Weekday mornings start; hours set by program needs
• Term: Temporary position running through November 3, 2026
• Applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis
