Cargill is seeking a Quality Control Chemist based in Chicago, IL. You will monitor quality systems, calibrations, and raw materials to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

The Quality Control Chemist will ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and product safety. In this role, you will apply basic understanding of plant processes to monitor quality assurance systems including instrumentation calibration, maintenance, crosschecks, methods, procedures, raw materials, product safety and training. You will provide technical advice and support to production operations to ensure product quality, minimize process variation, process recoveries, waste reduction and cost minimization and improve customer satisfaction.

The expected salary for this position is $28 - $35. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
