• Change formulas/reformulate products and update the master formula.

Description

1. Perform analysis and release of raw materials, in-process bulk product, and finished goods using instrumental and wet chemical analyses.
2. Perform laboratory batch adjustments for nonconforming in-process bulk products and make necessary adjustments.
3. Calculate batches and document changes from Lab Batch to Production scale.
4. Update Lab Journal and maintain documentation control related to test results.
5. Change formulas/reformulate products and update the master formula as needed.
6. Conduct daily sampling and analysis of water.
