Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Whitestown, IN is seeking a quality control associate for a warehouse environment. You will audit finished products, collect data, and monitor inbound and outbound quality to support continuous improvement.

The role requires inventory control experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and forklift experience ( cherry picker / reach truck preferred). This is an evaluation hire with pay at $21/hour.

Qualifications

• Quality control in a warehouse or distribution setting is required.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
• Cherry picker and reach truck forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of finished product for compliance.
• Data collection, primarily units of measure.
• Monitor quality of incoming and finished product, working towards continuous quality improvement.
• Adherence to all Company policies and procedures
• Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions
• Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation.
