Job summary

Quaker Window Products Co. is seeking a Quality Control Auditor I to inspect materials and processes, aiming to maximize product reliability and reduce costs. This entry-level role works with the Quality Assurance Supervisor and production teams to uphold quality standards.

The auditor will learn to use calipers, gauges, and testing devices, document results on a tablet, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Shifts: 1st shift, weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; basic quality control aptitude.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred (min 90 days).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good mechanical understanding of windows and doors.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews on products in process for one line.
• Conduct audits on finished products for conformance.
• Coordinate quality activities with manufacturing staff.
• Record audit results using tablets and quality software.
• Assist development of inspection and audit reports.
• Fill in at different workstations as needed.
• Support production teams with quality interpretation.
