Overview

MasTec Communications Group is a leading national infrastructure construction company operating throughout the United States.

We perform wireline and wireless communication services on a national scale, specializing in cell tower construction, RF engineering, broadband fiber optic cable installation, OSP engineering, wireline construction, and emergency maintenance services.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Auditor, you will ensure all closeouts are defect-free and completed promptly. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a remote position in the Pacific time zone.

Compensation: $50k - $65k/year, depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete video closeout audits within required timelines.
2. Ensure zero defects on video audits for the customer.
3. Complete all audits within the provided timelines.
4. Work with external and internal customers to educate on audit findings.
5. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to Quality Managers.
6. Disseminate information to supported markets.
7. Work through customer documents and standards updates.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

We are considering candidates who are bilingual in Spanish, experienced in auditing platforms, and have built or climbed cell towers.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of tower top installation and active tower climbing experience in wireless industry.
• Experience managing wireless communication projects.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe PDFs, and database systems.
• Ability to complete detailed closeouts with photos.
• Willing to travel, work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certifications: ComTrain or equivalent, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30.
