Job summary

Operation Support Inc. seeks an MHE Quality Control Associate to inspect products and orders for quality and accuracy while operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers as needed. This role focuses on quality inspections, documentation, and cross-training in other warehouse areas.

This is not a full‑time MHE operator position. You will follow SOPs, document quality issues in warehouse systems/LMS, and communicate concerns with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify defects and damage.
• Good communication and basic computer skills (LMS).
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
