Job summary

Printful is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our Production Team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll support printing, shipping, packing and customer experience, working closely with teammates to move items efficiently through the production process.

You’ll operate equipment, learn multiple workstations (Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers, Jewelry), and perform quality checks to ensure every item meets our standards.

About the role:

That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join us. In this position, you’ll assist with our printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs, and you’ll also be an essential part of managing our customer experience.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Working closely with your teammates to move items efficiently through the production process to meet customer expectations and deadlines
• Operating various equipment, like our state-of-the-art printer, which produces a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way
• Learning the responsibilities of different workstations, such as Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers and Jewelry, to build up your skillset as a member of our team
• Performing a quality control check on finished products to make sure all items are correct and meet our standards
