Printful is seeking a Machine Operator to join our DTG printing team in Charlotte. You will operate state-of-the-art printers, perform routine maintenance, and ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.

About the role

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include

• Operating our state-of-the-art printers using DTG technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)
• Making sure that all equipment is properly maintained, set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing a quality product
• Maintaining all auxiliary equipment needed to operate your workstation
• Performing quality checks on all items you print and keeping defects to a minimum
• Solving basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly
• Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead
• Performing other duties as assigned
