Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Control department on a six-month temporary/contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to support the team with organizational and efficiency projects, ensuring optimal operations within the department. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining processes and enhancing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current QC workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement organizational systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all QC operations.
• Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Develop documentation and templates to standardize procedures.
• Provide support during audits or reviews as needed.
• Organize and file documentation to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
• Scan and digitize portfolio projects for better documentation management.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Prior experience in Quality Control or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Work Hours

Onsite only, with first shift working hours. Flexibility is available depending on project needs and departmental requirements.
