Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a student intern in Minnesota to assist with loan and deposit documentation review and quality assurance tasks. You will analyze data trends, support special projects, and shadow all areas of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and professional conduct. The position targets candidates currently enrolled in a 4-year finance or economics program, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and eligibility to work

• Enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills; ability to work independently.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Your Role

• Assist with loan and deposit Quality Assurance reviews as assigned.
• Analyze volumes and data trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Shadow and gain exposure to all areas of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

About You

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly base pay of $22 per hour.
• Two paid holidays.
