The Quality Control & Continuous Improvement Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring product and process quality at Inotiv's operational sites. This on-site role combines hands‑on quality control testing, scientific analyses and process optimization with support for continuous improvement initiatives, risk mitigation and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Associate Director, the specialist helps implement quality and CI strategies across multiple operational areas, supports root‑cause investigations, drives process improvements and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This position fosters a culture of accountability, operational excellence and continuous improvement, while contributing to cross‑functional collaboration and the overall success of Inotiv's QC and CI programs.
The salary for this position starts at $55,000.
