Addison Group is seeking a Quality Control Analyst in Philadelphia, PA to conduct audits, review scheduling, billing, payroll, and service data to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will document findings and collaborate with teams to drive corrective actions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to read regulations. You will build quality procedures, generate reports, and support internal audits in a healthcare-adjacent environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and guidance documents and apply sound critical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who works well independently yet is a strong team player.
• Commitment to protecting confidential information with HIPAA understanding.
• Preferred: experience in home care or similar healthcare operations setting.
• Preferred: familiarity with home care scheduling and visit verification software.
• Preferred: experience with Power BI or SQL.
• Preferred: knowledge of risk management and internal audit concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct independent audits and control tests across business operations and document findings.
• Review scheduling, visit verification, billing, payroll, and service data for accuracy.
• Spot patterns indicating gaps in quality or compliance.
• Write detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations.
• Partner with teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Help build, maintain, and improve quality control procedures and testing scripts.
• Train and inform other departments on gaps uncovered during reviews.
• Support issue management and compile records for external requests and audits.
• Take on special projects as needed.
