Job summary

Threshold-Enterprise is seeking a Quality Control Technical Analyst I in Scotts Valley, CA to evaluate test results, ensure cGMP compliance, and collaborate with Purchasing, QA, and R&D. The role involves processing raw materials, reviewing CoA packets, and using ERP Navision to track materials in process.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, computer literacy, and knowledge of chemistry or biology concepts.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; math skills and scientific terminology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming raw materials including intake, sample submission, write-up and dispositioning.
• Interpret lab results and supplier documentation against internal specs.
• Review supplier documents and submit spec update requests as needed.
• Use ERP (MS Dynamics Nav) to track materials status and ownership in process.
• Investigate and recertify expired materials to extend dates.
• Review and approve supplier documents in QA/MAM processes.
• Peer review CoA packets for GDP compliance.
• Assist team with routing documents and tracking supplies.
