Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2–4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analytics and problem solving skills.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance (US citizen).
• Understanding of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality health metrics to support.
• Develop quality plans and procedures per customer requirements.
• Analyze data and metrics to drive actionable goals and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering on root cause and corrective actions.
• Manage the quality records control process and traceability.
• Interface with production personnel, inspection, and internal customers.
