Description & Requirements

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve and maintain quality throughout the organization.
• Reports to the Department Head or Team Lead.
• Performs inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors.
• Investigates quality failures and recommends changes to internal procedures to prevent future issues.
• Assesses and reports on the impact of process changes on quality.
• May monitor vendors or suppliers for compliance with quality standards.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma with 2-3 years of experience.
• Ability to perform on-site work within Boyers, PA.
• Works under direct supervision, handles basic issues, and refers complex problems to higher-level staff.
• Possesses foundational knowledge of the subject matter.
