Job summary

Xtreme Cubes is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements. This role inspects materials, components, and finished products, documents findings, and collaborates with production to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

The position is on-site in Henderson, NV, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., with mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous QC/inspection experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Comfortable using a company tablet for inspections and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Good communication across manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies and finished products for standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Document inspection results using tablet and company software.
• Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to teams.
• Verify corrective actions before moving to next production stage.
• Assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production to maintain quality throughout manufacture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Xtreme Cubes is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying quality concerns, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs. Employees must be available to work overtime as scheduled.

Essential Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and engineering requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records using a tablet and company software.
• Identify non-conforming materials and products and communicate findings to production and management.
• Verify corrective actions have been completed before products move to the next stage of production.
• Assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsQualifications

• Previous quality control or manufacturing inspection experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of welding processes and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods.
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Comfortable working from a company-issued tablet to complete inspections and documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SmartSheet is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
