Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management or RN or Bachelor’s in healthcare with 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with JCAHO, State and Federal standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to interact with and coordinate all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement and compliance activities for clinical and support services.
• Guide employees in interpreting State, Federal and Managed Care regulatory guidelines and assist in attaining compliance.
• Oversee the patient safety program and assist in attaining compliance.
