Job summary

Randstad USA in Ridgefield, NJ seeks a Compliance Specialist contract role to drive non-conformance investigations and safeguard quality standards in high-impact manufacturing operations. The position focuses on authorsing NCRs/deviations, CAPA processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance under GMP/ISO 9001 and FDA guidelines.

The candidate should have 2+ years in QA or manufacturing with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and be local to the area for overtime/weekend needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience authoring, investigating, and managing NCRs and deviations in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of CAPA management, effectiveness checks, and document control systems.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory standards including cGMP, ISO 9001, and FDA guidelines.
• Local to Ridgefield, NJ (within a 45-minute commute) to support potential overtime and weekend needs.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience authoring and investigating NCRs/deviations
• 2+ years in manufacturing or Quality Assurance within regulated environments (GMP, ISO 9001, FDA guidelines).
• High School Diploma/GED with 8-10 years' experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years' experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
