Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Compliance & Quality Reporting Advisor to lead tech-enabled quality control for field operations. You will develop data-driven solutions across GIS, data analytics and reporting to improve data quality and ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates bring GIS and SQL expertise, experience with ArcGIS platforms (including Survey123) and Power BI, and a track record of implementing process improvements across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in advanced data analytics, reporting and developing process improvement opportunities to ensure quality of processes.
• GIS/CS degree preferred (GIS, Geospatial Science, or CS).
• Three years of advanced SQL experience including writing, troubleshooting and analyzing datasets.
• Experience developing GIS-based solutions, including web maps, dashboards, and forms within the ArcGIS platform.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Survey123 for developing mobile and web-based data collection forms.
• Experience developing technical solutions using Power Automate, SQL, SAS, Power BI, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyzes performance, providing feedback and recommendations on methods to improve quality.
• Oversees, designs and executes data-related work per company policies.
• Develops training curriculum and educates all levels in process and performance improvement methods.
• Supports strategy and policy development and drives process improvements.
• Evaluates data gathering and documentation practices to identify compliance risks and mitigation.
