Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science-related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards/processes/procedures.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English as primary or secondary language.
• Computer literacy and interaction with sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems per company directives to ensure customer satisfaction across service and repair.
• Ensure QA processes comply with ISO and regulatory requirements; monitor and review internal processes affecting output quality.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions in response to failures or complaints; coordinate with suppliers and audits.
• Prepare QA reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly; drive continual improvements (5S, Kaizen lean).
• Develop training to build quality awareness and manage supplier performance and audits.
• Collaborate with operations and systems teams on actions to reduce human error and improve shop-floor methods.
