Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Quality Compliance Team Lead for our Colorado site to manage audit and inspection programs and keep the organization audit-ready year-round.

You will lead a team of 4 (mix of onsite and remote) and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Open to relocation and this on-site role demands strong presentation skills plus the ability to coach performance conversations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality/Compliance within pharma or medical devices.
• 5+ years managing audits/inspections (regulatory and internal).
• 3+ years leading quality systems elements — deviations, internal audits, training, PQRs.
• Experience coaching performance and handling conversations with team members and leaders.
• Bachelor’s in a scientific/technical field; relevant quality certifications a plus.
