Job summary

The position reports to the Head of Clinical Quality Assessment and participates in management decisions for the group, driving risk-based audit strategies in a remote US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• If with advanced degree, 5+ years of relevant experience accepted.
• Extensive knowledge of international regulations and GCP.
• Strong business communication in English and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audits with a focus on ICH/GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Manage team objectives, coaching, and performance development.
• Plan audit strategies, schedules and resource allocation.
• Support continuous improvement of quality standards and risk-based auditing.
