Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for a fluid transfer manufacturing operation in Portland, OR. The role focuses on supervising QA and QC activities, maintaining QMS, and driving process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality.

Responsibilities include SOP and QMS maintenance, CAPA leadership, audits support, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety and efficiency. Base salary targets range 75k–85k per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control or quality management in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of QMS, CAPA, root cause analysis, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Hands-on quality improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for QA, QC, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and QMS procedures.
• Oversee QA activities including inspection, testing, validation, documentation.
• Coordinate the company safety program and support safety initiatives.
• Maintain quality records and compliance requirements.
• Lead CAPA initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance activities.
