Megger in Dallas is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee quality inspection and assurance across our plants, ensuring conformity with the Megger Quality Manual and ISO 9001 standards. You will lead audits, control nonconformances, and drive manufacturing process improvements.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining quality documentation, and partnering with plant management to reduce variability using Lean Six Sigma; travel up to 20% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001:5 years of experience and audits.
• Experience with SAP QM preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

• Oversee quality inspection and quality assurance functions at the plants.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and audits; manage related documentation.
• Train associates and promote quality improvements across processes.
• Analyze quality data and drive corrective actions and preventive measures.
