Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality coordination or related roles.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer compliance requests (RoHS, REACH, certificates) and related documentation.
• Maintain calibration records and schedules; coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage controlled documentation and document revisions in SharePoint and systems.
• Track Non-Conformance and RMA activity and ensure timely closure and reporting.
