Job summary

The role supports audits, keeps records organized, and helps drive growth by ensuring timely, accurate documentation and ongoing regulatory awareness for API’s food-contact products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain, EH&S, or related field preferred; Associate’s degree acceptable.
• Exposure to quality or regulatory documentation, audits, or GMP is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance portals is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and log customer requests for compliance declarations and documents.
• Maintain customer compliance portal profiles and monitor expiration dates to prevent lapses.
• Coordinate with internal resources, suppliers, and others to obtain required documentation.
• Review supplier documentation for regulatory compliance and communicate deficiencies to customers.
• Support audits of products and warehouses with organized records.
