Staffmark Group is recruiting a Quality Compliance Administrator in Eastvale, CA. You’ll inspect, measure, and track quality on the production floor to keep operations moving and ensure safety and compliance.

You’ll also provide advanced administrative support, coordinate information for internal/external contacts, and assist with audits and training, contributing to a strong team culture focused on doing things right.

Qualifications

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

You’ll be right on the floor where the action happens. You’ll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production moving. You’ll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth

• Provides advanced administrative support to high-level management by preparing complex reports and presentations, conducting analyses using various software, and coordinating information for internal and external contacts.
• Leads and guides less experienced employees, performs confidential duties, and determines methods for completing complex tasks.
• Supports quality training, monitors training databases, and assists with cGMP training.
• Coordinates and tracks audits, preparing for internal and external reviews to ensure thorough record-keeping and compliance.
• Demonstrates strong detail orientation, ensuring work is planned and executed with precision and attention to specifics.
