Job summary

Flex-N-Gate in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Quality CMM Operators to create inspection programs for coordinate measuring machines and ensure proper operation through scripts and tests. The role supports project engineers, performs calibrations, PPAP tasks, and conducts RR/studies and analysis to ensure dimensional quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years’ experience with CMM programming and PolyWorks scanning
• Strong GD&T and drawing interpretation
• Mathematical proficiency and data analysis
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers with reverse engineering and inspection plan development
• Calibrations of equipment and record keeping
• Calibration and repair of CMM fixtures
• Annual layouts
• Contribute to PPAP dimensional requirements
• R&R studies
