The Quality & Clinical Data Intelligence Partner is responsible for leading clinical quality innovation and performance improvement strategy and care transformation initiatives. This role supports the team to develop and implement organization-wide performance improvement, and clinical innovation projects. Collaborates on development of metrics, data, tools and processes to develop, implement actions and monitor performance. Coordinates with clinical areas to assure ongoing accreditation compliance. Develops strong collaborative relationships with operational leaders, physicians across the organization and within the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). Works closely with physicians, office staff, Clinical Integration Network (CIN) medical leadership, payors and administrative data vendors to assist in facilitating meeting established quality improvement study submissions and targets.
