Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Stuart, FL, seeks a Quality Clinic Lead to manage internal and external customer findings, perform root cause investigations, and improve the Quality Management System in a lean environment.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure product quality and on-time delivery while adhering to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years quality/manufacturing experience.
• One year inspection experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer returned product.
• Manage customer escapes and complaints.
• Lead root cause investigations for escapes.
• Manage MRB and top scrap actions.
• Train new inspectors on quality clinic modules.
• Drive quality actions in unit flow lines and inspections.
