Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Case Packer for our production warehouse. You will clean packaging materials, load items into containers, weigh and label them, and perform final quality checks to ensure only good items advance to pick and pack.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year in a production setting. You must be able to work in a cold environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly with team members.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working in a production environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a production setting with frequent interruptions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to work in cold temperature rooms.

Responsibilities

• Verify product quality and correct labeling.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Confirm product counts at the end of the line.
• Confirm proper code date on product.
• Organize finished product onto bread racks for change over to pick pack area.
• Document and maintain records on item production counts.
