The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Health Administration or related fields, has at least 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, and possesses strong analytical and project management skills. Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $68,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

The Quality Campaign Manager oversees quality initiatives related to HEDIS and care gap outreach, with a focus on Medicaid populations. This role ensures timely and accurate data collection, reporting, and member engagement to improve health outcomes and meet compliance benchmarks. The Quality Campaign Manager drives performance by developing metrics, KPIs, deliverables, and performance evaluations, producing program data analysis, and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
