Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math skills are needed to complete paperwork.
• This is an entry level position.
• Must be able to discern detail and make decisions about bag quality.
• Must be able to keep up with pace of machine.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform all required tasks, adhering to safety rules and procedures.
• Catching bags as they come off the machine and inspecting them for quality.
• Reject bags that do not meet standards; report any issues to supervision.
• Place bags into sleeves and label/bale accordingly; ensure correct quantity.
• Report machine adjustments and assist during downtime as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and keep production/quality records up to date.
