Flex is seeking a Quality Auditor in Salt Lake City, UT to join our manufacturing teams. You will review and inspect electronic systems, subassemblies, and components to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.

Under supervision, you’ll conduct audits, prepare defect reports, and support process improvements. The role requires familiarity with ISO, ESD, calibration, and the ability to communicate in English; physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and ladder use.

• Advanced audit skills to train others and drive improvements.
• Deep knowledge of audit techniques and process improvements.
• Familiar with ISO, ESD and calibration requirements.
• Experience with layer process audits (LPA).
• Experience with electronic assembly and inspection processes.
• Proficient with office software for reporting and presentations.
• English language proficiency and clear communication.
• Ability to use ladders and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual inspections of servers, racks and components to verify reliability and workmanship specs.
• Use gauges, templates and microscopes to verify product specifications.
• Ensure quality operations are completed at Quality stations.
• Monitor and report quality metrics to meet business needs.
• Prepare reject reports and notify involved parties with follow‑ups.
• Assist with disposition of non‑conforming materials and products.
• Notify personnel of unusual defects or yield concerns.
• Conduct process audits and support manufacturing in quality standards.
