Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Quality Auditor - Scientific - I (Assistant) for an Onsite position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in Elkhorn, NE. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role will support manufacturing operations and will be primarily responsible for the review of completed production batch documents. The ideal candidate will provide documentation guidance from a quality compliance perspective, leveraging knowledge of local and global Animal Health standards, USDA regulations, and cGMP. This position involves a mix of office-based document review and time spent within manufacturing areas to ensure compliance and build relationships with production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform primary review of completed production batch documents and raw material/printed material documentation
• Track and prioritize document reviews based on target release dates
• Provide documentation guidance from a quality compliance perspective
• Assist with document archival tasks
• Support inspections, investigations, and compliance actions
• Participate in Quality Compliance Inspections from regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of work history, or 1 year of experience in a similar industry
• Some experience in a regulated industry or regulated facility
• Ability to conduct detailed, primarily paper-based documentation reviews
• Familiarity with compliance-driven processes and accurate recordkeeping
• Availability to work onsite in Elkhorn, Nebraska for the first shift

Desired skills:

• Degree in microbiology, chemistry, or similar scientific discipline
• Familiarity and/or experience with vaccine manufacturing or testing
• Experience in GMP and Quality Management Systems
• Familiarity with USDA and/or FDA regulations and inspections
• Previous Quality Assurance experience, particularly with batch-record review
• Experience with SAP or similar systems

Pay range:

up to $25.52 per hour
