Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Palmyra, PA is seeking a Quality Specialist to perform internal audits of manufacturing processes and verify ISO policy implementation, supporting both quality and operations teams.

• Experience interpreting graphs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with quality assurance, manufacturing operations, and inventory control.
• Perform random, in-process audits and follow up on quality issues.
• Inspect finished products and materials for conformance to standards.
• Document audit findings in the quality database system.
• Train staff on procedures and update work instructions.
• Participate in special projects and report findings to management.
• Adhere to the quality policy and good manufacturing practices.
