Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Quality Auditor to protect the process and verify product quality. You will inspect shipments, audit orders, and ensure accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems while supporting cycle counts and inventory controls.

The role supports a 4‑day work week (Mon-Thu) with shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM and offers competitive weekly pay. High attention to detail is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse auditing, inventory control, or quality control experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and investigate inventory or order discrepancies.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Audit completed orders for correct product, quantity, labeling, and packaging.
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes.
• Document quality issues and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Use RF scanners and WMS technology to complete warehouse audits.
• Maintain accurate quality records and complete required reports.
• Follow safety, GMP, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
