Job summary

Pratt Industries in Hebron Estates, KY, is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee conformance to specifications and ensure all items produced on shift meet quality standards.

The role requires auditing ability, strict adherence to safety policies, and strong data-entry and organizational skills to keep paperwork accurate and timely. You will also ensure orders are completed as specified and support the complaint process as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able troubleshoot problems on assigned production lines
• Computer literacy- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Access and Powerpoint
• Must have a reasonable knowledge of current Software
• Must be able to understand and follow schedules
• Must have outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

Education And/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years industry experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Language Skills

Able to read and follow instructions; quality, safety, job packets

Mathematical Skills

Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
