Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor for a direct-hire role in the Metro Detroit area (1st shift). The position focuses on Delegated Product Release Verification (DPRV/DQR) to ensure aerospace parts meet engineering, regulatory, and customer requirements prior to shipment.

Candidates should have 5+ years in quality inspection, AS13001 DPVR/DQR certification, and experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100. Excellent communication, root-cause analysis, and MS Office skills are required; U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Auditor in manufacturing.
• AS13001 DPVR/DQR certification.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.
• Familiar with aerospace OEM customer requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience collaborating with customers and auditors.
• APQP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive quality core tools and RCA.
• U.S. Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Perform product verification and release under customer self-release programs.
• Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements including Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, and GE, and internal quality standards.
• Maintain AS13001 DPVR/DQR certification requirements.
• Review manufacturing records for completeness and accuracy.
• Interface with customers regarding product acceptance and quality concerns.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions for product nonconformances.

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor to join their team in a direct-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for performing Delegated Product Release Verification (DPRV/DQR) in support of customer self-release programs, ensuring products meet all engineering, regulatory, and customer requirements prior to shipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform product verification and release under customer self-release programs.
• Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, including Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, and GE, as well as internal quality standards.
