Job summary

DP World in the United States seeks a dedicated Quality Auditor to ensure compliance with customer quality standards and to drive continuous improvement in our logistics/warehouse operations.

You will audit processes, generate quality reports, and liaise with team leaders to resolve issues, while participating in First Article Inspection checks and pack audits. A strong communicator with analytical skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) a plus.
• Experience as an auditor in a Logistics and/or Manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within an industrial/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal quality functions comply with customer quality standards and expectations.
• Create product quality reports based on QA checks.
• Control and monitor quality issues, raise problems with team leaders and management.
• Complete pack audits as per requirements.
• Liaise with training team when identifying errors by the operational team.
• Create slides for daily operational performance boards.
• Conduct First Article Inspection checks for NPI products.
• Identify quality improvements and assist with implementing long-term solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
