Job summary

The Bachrach Group in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Quality and Compliance Auditor to support manufacturing quality systems and audit processes. You will lead audits across SMT lines, soldering, box build, and cable harness fabrication, ensuring adherence to J-STD-001 and IPC standards.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree with auditing experience and formal internal auditor training; IPC/J-STD certification is preferred, along with strong ability to read complex drawings and apply ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of auditing experience, or Associate's degree with 5–7 years.
• Experience auditing against ISO and IPC standards.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• AS9100D or ISO 13485 Internal Auditor training required.
• IPC/J-STD certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits across SMT lines, soldering, box build, and cable harness fabrication

• Audit finished goods against IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
• Drive Root Cause Analysis and verify CAPA implementation

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
